Message Stainless has very good properties for high heat applications. Someone like CaliguyPerdue or Scott will be able to tell you the exact reasons for it and the best grade since the different types of stainless have different properties, but something like 316 stainless stands up to heat much better than normal steel.

In fact, at the high temperatures you're going to see near your turbo, I wouldn't be surprised if the stainless bolt is twice as strong as the hardened steel bolt.

Of course, you can't go wrong using the Nissan part meant for that purpose, but I'm only talking about what the best wrong part would be.
